Strapping that keeps bundles and loads secure
Kortex strapping holds bundles tight and loads stable through handling and transit. It’s mainly polypropylene, with polyester and corded woven where the application demands it — no steel, which has no place in a food and beverage operation. Available across a range of widths, thicknesses and break strains, applied by machine, battery-powered friction-weld tool or by hand.

How Kortex is applied
Kortex is mainly machine-applied for high throughput, but we supply for every application — battery-powered friction-weld tools, semi-automatic and automatic strapping machines, and hand application. Polypropylene covers most bundling and load-securing work; polyester and corded woven step in for heavier or more demanding loads.
Bundle integrity — holding bundles and packs tight and secure.
Crates and multi-load distribution — load-stability enhancement for these specific environments.
Machine lines — semi-automatic and automatic strapping at volume.
Hand and battery tools — friction-weld application wherever it’s needed.
