A protective layer between your goods and the deck
Layer cards sit between layers of product and between the load and the pallet deck, distributing weight evenly so the goods below aren’t crushed by the layers above. They keep stacked loads square and stable through palletising and transit, and they’re used across every sector — from canned foods to glass — wherever load stability and product protection matter. We supply recyclable kraft corrugated and solid board, plus a reusable Corex polypropylene fluted option where moisture resistance or repeated use is needed.

How layer cards work in your load
A layer card spreads the weight of each layer across the full footprint rather than letting it bear down on the contact points below. That’s what prevents crushing — and it’s why the cards also improve stack stability, holding the load together as a single stable unit. Choose recyclable kraft or board for single-trip use, or Corex PP fluted where you need a moisture-resistant, reusable card.
Beverage — particularly popular for narrow-necked bottles, where stable layer separation matters most.
Canned foods — layer separation and weight distribution across multi-layer pallets.
Any palletised goods — used across all industries and applications as interlayer and base protection.
Reusable loops — Corex PP fluted for moisture-prone or repeat-use environments.
