Test the load before the road does
Guessing at film spec and wrap pattern means either over-wrapping or risking the load. Our pallet stability test bench takes the guesswork out. It’s an acceleration and deceleration bench that measures the forces on a wrapped pallet and the deformation that results, testing to the EUMOS 40509:2020 standard. The data lets you optimise your film spec and wrapping pattern to keep deformation below 10% at a given g-force — proving the load is transit-safe on evidence, not assumption. It’s free of charge with our SURGE film optimisations.

How the testing works
We subject a wrapped pallet to the accelerations and decelerations it will meet in transit, and measure how much it deforms. That tells us exactly where the load is unstable and lets us adjust the film spec and wrap pattern until deformation is controlled — then prove it. The result is a load that’s genuinely transit-safe, wrapped in no more film than it needs.
