Reusable containment for closed-loop routes
On routes where the pallet comes back to you — factory to DC, or multi-drop — single-use stretch film is being thrown away for a journey it never needed to be thrown away on. ZeroWrap replaces it. It’s a nylon-based reusable pallet shroud that fastens over the load in under a minute and can be secured a number of ways, built for closed-loop distribution and multi-drop supply chains where it returns for reuse. One shroud has an expected life of 6,000 journeys — a single one-off cost that typically breaks even within 11 to 13 months, then keeps saving. It isn’t a replacement for SURGE film everywhere; it’s the right choice on the internal routes where film is simply being wasted.

Where ZeroWrap fits
ZeroWrap earns its place on the routes clients would rather not be using film on at all — where a load goes from factory to a distribution centre and the stretch film is, in effect, only ever used internally. On those closed-loop and multi-drop routes the shroud goes on fast, comes back, and goes on again. Operators pick it up as easily as stretch film, and we make sure of that with training and induction videos for new starters.
Factory to DC — internal routes where single-use film is otherwise wasted.
Multi-drop distribution — closed loops where the shroud returns for reuse.
Euro and standard pallets — sized to fit both.
Security or identification — black to conceal the load, translucent to identify it.
